Set up powerful filters to export only certain orders
You can configure export profiles to either export just one row/node with order information and no item information, or also export ordered/invoiced items on separate rows (CSV)/nodes (XML). Access and export your custom product attributes. Export custom options as well as values entered by your customers.
If required, enable "Export only new" in the export profile to make sure the profile exports each order only once. Intelligent Export remembers which objects have been exported and which haven't in order to avoid duplicate exports (can be disabled). Use the "Export History" grid to look up when an order has been exported exactly.
Define filters when exporting profiles manually, for example, export only certain order numbers. Including support for permissions/ACL - let only certain admins run exports.
Using the powerful filter functionality of the extension, you can set up separate profiles for different recipients. For example, filter orders/items based on a product attribute and have profile 1 export only items from supplier X and profile 2 export items from supplier Y. Export of data of 3rd party extensions
Most if not all popular third party extensions are supported by this extension and their custom order attributes can be exported. In general, any extension that stores its data in the sales_flat* (Magento 1) and sales_* (Magento 2) tables is supported. Extensions using custom tables are supported if added by us. XSL Template
The so called XSL Template is the part of the extension that creates the output format (the actual file which is being generated, TXT, XML, CSV, Fixed-Length Format...) required by the software you want to connect Magento to. XSL basically translates the internal database format into your required output format. XSL is easy to understand and has been documented in our wiki extensively, including many sample templates. You can either use one of the 70 free feeds, or create the XSL Template yourself or have us create it for you at our XSL Template Creation Service (see "Add to Cart" popup).
Please make sure that your Magento webserver comes with support for the PHP "XSL" extension. Magento 2 requires XSL out of the box, so if you use Magento 2, your server supports XSL automatically. For Magento 1, to see if your server supports XSL, please download (save as a .php file) and run this file on your server or have a look at the phpinfo() output on your server to see if XSL support has been enabled. Not enabled? No worries, your hoster / server admin will be able to enable it for you easily usually.
