Flexible, speedy, very reliable and supported by the excellent technicians at Xtento. No joke, we've used Magento 1 and 2 for almost a decade now, and we've seen more than our fair share of unstable plugins and bad code. Xtento is an industry example of quality code backed up with on going support.

So far we are just using manual CSV import mode - but already what a time saver! Updating orders as shipped was taking so long in the painfully slow Magento admin. Now we can update the whole day's despatches (adding the Tracking number and generating the shipping emails) in about the same time it used to take to update a single transaction.
This is the third Xtento extension we have purchased and we are very satisfied with the product and the support.
Not the first license we bought from Xtento. We are using this module to import information out of certain acknowledgement xml files from a shipping carrier service to Magento. This was actually a quite complex task but the Xtento support was super helpful - as always.
Great plugin: we automated our ecommerce supply chain in a few clicks. Define your CSV format, write specs to your supplier and use their tracking number in magento shipments. Amazing!
The extension just works. When the connection between our magento store and shippingeasy failed during our busiest week of the year we were able to import the tracking numbers back into magento instead of manually copying and pasting over two thousand orders.
Very good plugin. Let these guys do the install and configuration! They know there stuff and this we complete quickly and without issue. This team is always very available and very reasonable to use their services. Will cost you more not to!
I already used the export module to export my addresses to Royal Mail RMDMO. I have been using it for over two years every day and never had an issue with it. I found that Xtento has another module to import the tracking numbers back from RMDMO. It took about 10 minutes for me to install and configure it and one then after one tiny glitch that Sebastian sorted for me in seconds - I now have tracking numbers for my customers.
Although Royal Mail RMDMO is not a fully automated system - all you have to do is cut and paste into and file and it works like a charm. I highly recommend this module. The support I received was quick and efficient. This will save my team hours of work every week.
