This extension works very well; it’s flexible with enough of options to setup many carriers. This module makes adding any trackers fast and easy. Self-explanatory operation so there was no need to request support. Highly recommended.
Based in UK we didn't wanted to use any of the default Magento 2 carriers - we wanted these primarily US based services hidden and replaced with the carriers we actually use. Achieving that is the first advantage, but the real plus point of this extension is having a trackable link in the Shipping email which the customer receives. That makes us look much more professional!
The extension works well in conjunction with Simplify Bulk Order processing. I recommend getting both.

Customers expect tracking numbers that link to the carrier website tracking system. I've just installed this on a dev magento 2.1.5 site so still testing, but from what I can tell this is a must have extension, especially for retailers that don't use the default Magento carriers.

First ever Extension I bought and installation was very simple.
Does what it's supposed to do - very happy with my purchase as all info remains within our store.
Great little extension to my import of tracking numbers. I can now click on 'tracking' in Magento admin orders and shipping instead of logging into Royal Mail system. Very handy when a customer is on the phone. Also, the customer gets an email with the tracking number linked to the Royal Mail website.
It was very, very easy to install and set up. Xtento extensions are always easy to install and really useful in saving us hours of work each week.
