We had a few issues with settings after we bought this extension, but the support was amazing and we got it to work after properly setting some defaults. Overall, this extension is excellent and saved us hours of time and headaches with having to import orders from Magento 1 to Magento 2. Highly recommend this extension.
Couldn't be happier with this extension. It allows us to easily import orders to Magento from 3rd party systems, saving us the cost of having to integrate each one manually. 5-stars!
Can do everything order export can do but in reverse. Will create a new Magento order from minimal 3rd party data. All our eBay orders now import (via zapier) straight into magento. We also created a quick order entry process with the default data entered via a import profile. Would highly recommend that you purchase all Xtento modules as they are essential for a streamlined magento admin. If you're looking to expand revenue channels without increasing adminstration workload this is a must have extension.
We have been begging Xtento for years to build this. Finally! We were given beta access to the extension and what can we say... it works great. Just like any of the other extensions we got from these guys. We used it to import orders from our old store as well as now use it to import from a company we dropship for. Saves us so much time.
