For one of our shops, we have again resorted to modules from XTENTO, as these extend the shop with important functions. In addition, the quality and the support, if it is needed, is super and fast. That's why we like to get our extensions from XTENTO.

We've used this Order Export extension on a few Magento stores now. It's very flexible and allows so much more control of the data that can be exported from the store that we find it to be an essential part of our Magento setup. First, the app is awesome! Never had any problems with it, have been using it for almost five years! We just upgraded to Magento V2 and the only thing that went right during the transition was Xtento!!! Jiri at Xtento was a huge help and remoted in to our server to help with some questions we had. This excellent module offers a lot of control over the order export task. It’s very flexible with plenty of options and formats. Works like a charm and is a real time saver. Self-explanatory operation so was no need to request support which I do believe is the same good as product itself.

I have been involved in the design, build-out and ongoing support of numerous Magento Open Source v1 and v2 stores over 8+ years. Each site brings its own challenges, but using XTENTO extensions is an absolute pleasure.
XTENTO code is high quality, very well supported with a comprehensive knowledge base and responsive, personable support technicians.
XTENTO extensions just work. Extensions from other providers often need in-place modifications, which comes with a time cost and invariably a delay while work is undertaken.
XTENTO products focus on important tasks, and undertake them perfectly. The 'scattergun' approach of other vendors to cover every feature is nowhere to be seen.
I have never had a problem with any XTENTO extension. I wholeheartedly recommend XTENTO for their service, their people and their code.
I want to say how awesome XTENTO is. We have a few of their extensions on every one of our web stores. We recently had to build a store in multiple languages for the first time, and realized that their Order Export module only exported the items in the language that the order was placed in. Since we don't speak all of these languages, it was not easy to report on items (had to create lookup tables, etc). Sebastian and the team at XTENTO added new functionality for their Order Export extension that enables you to now export various attributes in the admin language or the language that the order that the order was placed in (v. 2.5.3). Also, I've never had a single issue with bugs or unexpected behavior with any of their extensions. They simply work.

Magento Order Export Module works perfect for our needs. We use the module to create csv-files with shipping information and delivery addresses.
Xtento is really our best Magento 2 extension partner so far! We have installed about 15 modules from 10 different suppliers. But none of them have been this nice and helpful!
And I really like that you keep updating the modules and keep a good change log. (This is actually really important, some developers don’t keep a change log or skips dates in the change log.)
Also I really like the simplicity with your composer installation and information about how it works!
This has enabled us to connect our distribution software with our magento site successfully. The support was excellent in helping to configure this. We will be using this for our new M2 store as well. We have nothing but good things to say.

This extension works very good! You can copy the code form the site and change it yourself if needed. If you can't yourself, Xtento will do for a very small amount. They have great support, I am a very happy returning customer, recommend them to all my customers.

I have used the Order Export module on three projects over the years and it has saved me and my client a lot of time. From the start, it is well-written and very easy to install. It is one of the most flexible 3rd party modules making the export of order and customer data a simple process. If that was not enough, the support (both documentation and e-mail) is top notch. This is by far the most reliable support and product I've encountered.
We've had a great experience with the Xtento plugins we've picked, and the order export is no exception to that. It has worked very well for us and once you get the export profile format configured to your specs it should be smooth sailing from then on.

Great extension allows client to extract sales order data for integration into various ERP and CRM systems!!! Definitely shave off a couple of years doing this manually.
This is a much overdue review of the Sales Order Export and Order Tracking import. I'm very happy with the extensions that I've purchased from xtento and love their flexibility and robustness. We use Magento much differently than most in a B2B environment and the extensions have been able to handle any bizarre use case that I've thrown at it, and have been able to simply how I do customer notifications via email using the export email HTML templates and the rules and conditions available on product, order, and customer attributes that I would have had to write much more complex templates and logic through localization.
On the rare occasion when I've needed support, they've been quick with answers, a rare patch if needed, or additional functionality that I gladly paid for to get added to the base product knowing that my investment will be paid back in spades over time. I can't say enough good things about xtento.
Recently installed the Order Export Module and it works excellent. Also great support. They helped me disable a previous 3rd party export extension that was still working and caused "double export". Always standby for quick answers if there are any issues. Thanks.

We export all of our orders to a custom made business management system. This extension has made our life SO much easier, all orders get exported to a remote FTP where out software digs out information to keep inventory and accounting accurate for our business.

This addon saved us weeks of development and is highly customizable to your need. Some of the functions we'd never come up with. In the past weeks we've automated the whole fulfillment process with our warehouse with the extensions of XTENTO. They work seemlessly from the start, do exactly what is promised, without an error!
But with what we are by far the most satisfied is their setup service and support. Response times are incredible and their patients never runs out!

I cannot believe I waited to buy this. This has made my job much easier in not having to deal with the poor reporting system included with Magento. Setting up the profiles may be moderate to advanced depending on how comfortable you are with languages like XSL/XML but there are enough examples out there for you to somewhat pick and choose your way through it. I wish I would have bought this months ago

I got the extended support and customization so that Xtento could make sure my extension was perfectly installed and worked well with my specific needs. They completely set up the back-end for me and stayed up late to ensure everything was in working order. Five stars all the way!
This is an amazing extension. Very versatile and is regularly updated and enhanced. Support from Xtento is second to none and a few simple pointers by email allowed me to create all the templates I needed in no time at all. I use it to create email sales alerts, picking lists, labels, Royal Mail DMO imports, Interlink Express imports and in the process streamlined the whole process. Xtento are always my first stop when I'm looking for a new extension as the quality of their code and support is just first class.
The Order Export module is everything it claims to be. The flexibility of this solution is truly outstanding and has been indispensable to me during a long and meandering project where specifications and requirements have changed from one week to the next. The built in filters and tools work very well and the use of XSL templates means that a complex array of logic functions and translations can be applied to your order data, allowing you to output this information to meet the formatting requirements of third party systems.

We needed a very specific task to run when an order was created and the Order Export Module achieved this for us. When an order is created, the module automatically creates a CSV file and emails it through to us.

The plugin works great and is pretty flexible, but the support you'll receive is the best.
We have been running this Extension on our store (Community edition) for a full year now and it has been perfect! We have had no problems with upgrading Magento or any conflicts with other extensions.
After 11 months of use we had a small problem so we contacted Sebastian and he supplied us with a fix very quickly.

Xtento's Order Export Extension is really, really great! With a lot of options I use it to export orders to a back-office application, and to export data to TNT Parcelware. Sebastian's service was fantastic. I don't think this extension is too expensive. Not at all... it's good software with excellent support. And it saves me a lot of time! Thank you VERY MUCH!
I looked at a number of different methods of exporting order data and found this early on. I tried out a couple of other methods (adding orders to Import/Export procedure) and other inferior but cheaper/free extensions.
This is by far the best in terms of functionality and appears to have the ability to do so much more than our current needs which makes me think it will be very valuable in the future.
Also - the level of support from the developer is second to none.
My only suggestion for improvement would be a more novice-friendly admin interface for setting up the export profiles. Perhaps a checkbox system for what fields to export. I appreciate the XML template system is great for those with the know-how and it should definitely stay there, but another easier method might also be useful for some people.

We purchased this extension to export order information in CSV format for use in another system. I can honestly say that this was, by far, the best extension for an open source application I’ve ever dealt with. The installation does not modify any of the core code. The integration of the module in the admin is very intuitive. In addition, it’s obvious that the feature set was well designed. One of our initial concerns/requirements with such a module, especially when attempting to run it in an automated process, was how it would know which orders were already exported. This module tracks that information for you so that you never have to worry about duplicate exports. It also allows you to update the status of the order after export.
Admittedly, the price seemed a little high for an open source application. However, when you factor in the hours it will save you from building this functionality, it is an amazing bargain. It took me (a Magento novice) about 2 hours to install, configure and produce final output. We’re using this on v1.3.2.4.
Open Source is an amazing transition in code development and I can’t thank the contributors to Magento enough (obviously a big thank you goes out to Varien themselves) but I’d like to also put in a special mention for Sebastian.
Much like GreyWolf, he’s also saved my bacon. I run a fragrance store and was in desperate need of the ability to export orders in a way that my fulfillment partner required it. Up until i came across the ‘order export’ module, developed by Sebastian, I was doing it by hand and cursing all the way… mainly because I just don’t have time to build these files by hand, plus human error being what it is… I could see it getting ugly real quick.

As you know, I got a little misinformation when I started this Magento project, as I was told at a convention that Magento could export orders. What I didn’t realize was that I had to be a professional developer and code writer to accomplish that end. I was ready to quit Magento, after all that work with 400+ categories and 16,000 products. You saved me with your Order Export Module. I also really appreciate your patience in working with my POS people. It runs great and I’m back on schedule to take on our busy season, which is just around the corner. I would recommend your module to anyone. Great Work!
