Our extensions and integrations include 6 months of complimentary updates and support. After the first 6 months and for every following 6 months, it is possible to purchase an update license which is 50% of the original extension price, which entitles you for another 6 months of updates and support.

It is NOT required to purchase an update license to keep on using the extension after the first 6 months - all licenses issued are valid for lifetime. An update license might have to be purchased for example if you wanted to get the latest version of the extension or needed support after the expiration of the support period, but the extension won't ever be disabled if you don't purchase an update license.

Please log into your account and go to My Downloadable Products or contact us if you want to extend your update period.

We recommend to install ANY extension you purchase/download (not just limited to ours) in a testing environment before deploying it to your production environment. Please also backup your Magento installation (files and database) before installing any extension and make sure no conflicting extensions are installed.

All XTENTO extensions were tested in clean Magento installations without third party extensions and we can't guarantee for compatibility with third party extensions. If you are unsure whether our extensions are compatible with already installed extensions, please contact us before your purchase. We cannot refund purchases because of incompatibility with third party extensions unless we confirmed compatibility with the specific extensions before your purchase.

In order to activate and use extensions developed by XTENTO, a license key will need to be entered in the configuration section of the extension. One license key is valid for one Magento installation, which may have an unlimited amount of websites, stores and store views associated. When purchasing an extension you have to enter the domain which you use to access the Magento backend, i.e. the administration section of Magento.

Once a license key has been issued by XTENTO it is valid for lifetime and thus it is not possible to transfer the license to a new installation or domain.

Development licenses for testing installations can only be issued for domains clearly marked as testing or development domains. More information about this can be found in our wiki and development keys (up to two per license purchased) can be requested in the 'My Downloadable Products' section on our site.

Extensions developed by XTENTO are not encrypted with bytecode encoders (e.g. IonCube, Zend Guard). Almost 99% of the source code is open-source and some lines of code not related to key module functionality might be obfuscated in order to ensure license protection.

Since XTENTO is offering non-tangible irrevocable (i.e. open-source and downloadable) goods no refunds can be issued, as all of our products are open-source and license keys are valid for lifetime. Refunds will NEVER be issued for services provided including but not limited to installation, customization, and software development work.

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
