Integrating Magento Commerce with UPS WorldShip has never been easier. Using the Magento Integration Suite by XTENTO, setting up a bidirectional connection between Magento and WorldShip is a breeze.

The integration consists of two separate parts which are stand-alone and can be purchased individually or altogether:

Shipment Export to UPS WorldShip
Stop entering shipments manually today! The integration will automatically sync all your new Magento orders to WorldShip and will make them available in WorldShip on demand. Just enter the Magento order number in WorldShip - and all order data required to ship the order will be populated in WorldShip automatically! This task can be started and disabled in Magento. All details of an order required to ship the order will be sent to WorldShip.

Tracking Number Import from UPS WorldShip into Magento
Let's be honest: Creating invoices, shipments and adding tracking numbers in Magento is an extremely time-consuming and annoying job, especially if you're processing more than a couple of orders every day. Using this part of the integration, the tracking number import will be completely automated - you won't have do anything manually in Magento anymore. Our software will send shipped orders from WorldShip to Magento, creates the invoice (optional), captures the payment (optional), creates the shipment for the order (optional), adds the tracking number, notifies the customer that their order has been invoiced/shipped (optional) and will set the order status to 'Complete' (or any other custom status).

UPS WorldShip Version Compatibility
This integration is compatible with all recent versions of UPS WorldShip. If you're using a really old WorldShip version (older than 2007) please contact us before your purchase.

Important: Please make sure that your Magento webserver comes with support for the XSL PHP extension. To see if your server supports XSL, please download (save as a .php file) and run this file on your server or have a look at the phpinfo() output on your server to see if XSL support has been enabled. The integration uses the FTP protocol to synchronize files. Thus, a FTP server must be running on the Magento server as well as FTP connections between the Magento server and the workstation must be possible.
